Come to the quiet and surround yourself with the beauty of the Turtle Mountains as you take a horse ride on the trails around Shepherd’s Hill at the Crossroads. Trail rides are about 1 hour in length. During the off-season, call for availability.

This activity requires a signed waiver for each person participating. Parent or Guardian signature required for minors. This waiver may be filled out on-site or downloaded on the downloads page.

Take a lap around the bases in a game of softball or baseball, or score a goal on the soccer field, both in the scenic meadow behind the chapel. The sand volleyball pit is a great place to bump, set, and spike with your friends.

$15/per person – 1/2 day approx 3hrs.

Our trails loop around the lake or stretch out to the boundaries. For an easy 10-minute stroll or a strenuous hike lasting the day, check out our trailheads. We connect with the trails through the 6000-acre Wakopa Wildlife Area.

Pedal your way around camp with our pedal carts. Some have space for more than one rider.

Use one of several campfire rings to get the real “camp experience”.

We have a huge hill perfect for tubing! Come and see how far you can slide across the frozen lake! $5 per person if not staying in our facilities.

Our trails are also great for snowshoeing. We are working on having snowshoes available for rent, but for now, bring your own snowshoes.
